Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you complete a form or book a consultation, we collect your name, phone number, email address, project address or ZIP code, and whatever you tell us about your project.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site or advertisement that referred you.
- Cookies and similar technologies. These are small files used to keep the site working correctly and to understand how visitors use it. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate and schedule a consultation.
- To carry out work you engage us for, including permitting and scheduling.
- To keep records required for licensing, insurance, warranty and tax purposes.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring us enquiries, so we can improve the site.
- To contact you about your project. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.
Who we share it with
We share information only with parties who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it:
- Our lead and booking system (bookback.ai), which receives form submissions and consultation bookings so nothing gets lost.
- Google, for website analytics and, where you arrived from an advertisement, for measuring that advertisement.
- Our review platform (EmbedSocial), which displays reviews already published elsewhere. It does not receive your enquiry.
- Subcontractors and suppliers working on your project, where your address or scope is needed to do the work.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it – for example a building department processing a permit.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while they may still be useful and then deleted. Records connected to work we performed are kept for as long as licensing, insurance, warranty and tax obligations require.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
- Control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on.

Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry by phone or text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them; that will not affect work already under way.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our site links to third-party sites, such as our Better Business Bureau profile and our booking system. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.
